Gold Recovery Session
Gold recovery session includes 30 minutes with the world’s leading brand in compression based recovery NormaTec, used by elite athlete’s world wide. Followed by 15 mins customized treatment with a massage gun performed by one of our physiotherapy team. Relieving muscle soreness and stiffness, helping you move better, enhancing recovery and accelerating a return to training.

- 15mins rehabilitation for sore muscles via physio guided massage gun therapy
Platinum Recovery Session
Platinum recovery session includes 30 minutes with the world’s leading brand in compression based recovery NormaTec, used by elite athlete’s world wide. 15 mins customized treatment with a massage gun, followed by 15 mins stretching all performed by one of our physiotherapy team. The ultimate in relieving muscle soreness and stiffness, helping you move better, enhancing recovery and accelerating a return to training.

We have a HICAPS terminal for fast on the spot processing of private health insurance claims. Our appointments are not covered by medicare, however if you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan from your doctor then we can process your medicare rebate in the practice following payment of the relevant appointment fee.
