My physio story

About Hayden Latimer

Hayden Latimer Physiotherapist / Director

Hayden Latimer has been a physio for more years than he’d like to say (put it this way he didn’t own a mobile phone or even have an email address until he finished uni).

Work wise Hayden has been ranked one of Sydney’s Top Physios 4 years in a row with hundreds of 5 stars reviews and splits his time between Sydney Physio Clinic which is on 7/193 Macquarie St, Sydney NSW 2000 phone (02) 9223 2502 a leading physiotherapy clinic in Sydney’s CBD and the Movement Centre. The venture of opening something in Randwick was born from the desire to be closer to his community and family “I love the CBD clientele but that real sense of community is something I feel is missing in the city. Working here gives me the opportunity to be part of a fun and talented team, practicing in the area I’ve made my home”.

Hayden’s kids go to Randwick Public School up the road and he plays soccer in the local eastern suburb’s competition. He used to (wrongly) fancy himself as a bit of an athlete when he was younger, but now he just likes to strut around rocking a haircut more suited to someone 20 years his junior, takes his kids U12’s netball and U9’s football a little too seriously whilst living vicariously through his younger and more talented patients sporting achievements.

PHYSIOTHERAPY | BECOME PAIN FREE & ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS

We get clear on your goals

All our physios at The Movement Centre revel in the complexity and individuality of the human body. There is no such thing as a silly reason to see a physio, the body is a wonderful thing, but sometimes it does weird things (ours included). Regardless of what the underlying need for physiotherapy is, from providing peace of mind through performing quick checkups, helping people recover from little tweaks, or knuckling down for some serious rehab following surgery, significant injury or bouts or strong pain we want to be involved.

The strength of the physio is in the pack… Individually we have all spent years building our knowledge and skill base and as a team we come with decades of varied experience under our belts. Access one, access us all, our goal at The Movement Centre is to help you to move the correct way, to move pain free and to move for a lifetime.
