Podiatrist
B.App.Sc.(Pod)
Belinda Becka is a highly experienced podiatrist consulting across our Randwick and City locations. She brings over 20 years of clinical experience, having worked in private practice, community health, and hospital settings across Sydney.
Belinda graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science Podiatry from the University of Western Sydney and has since developed a reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Her clinical approach is holistic and evidence-based, with a strong emphasis on practical, individualised treatment plans that support long-term outcomes and improved quality of life.
She has particular interests in musculoskeletal assessments, injury management and prevention, paediatrics, and nail surgery, and works with patients of all ages. Belinda collaborates closely with general practitioners, physiotherapists, and surgeons to ensure coordinated care and optimal treatment outcomes.
Belinda has undertaken extensive postgraduate training, including advanced musculoskeletal therapy in joint mobilisation/manipulation and dry needling, musculoskeletal laser therapy, and extracorporeal shockwave therapy, allowing her to provide contemporary, evidence-informed treatment options.
Outside of clinical practice, Belinda enjoys spending time with her three daughters and maintains an active lifestyle through running, ocean swimming and Pilates. This first-hand understanding of the physical demands placed on the lower limb enhances her management of sports-related injuries, overuse conditions, and rehabilitation, supporting patients to return safely to activity and optimise performance.

What to expect
A visit to the podiatrists of The Movement Centre will have you back on your feet doing what you love in no time.
When you arrive for your first appointment you will be asked questions about your concern and the history surrounding that issue.
Based on what you tell us, we will curate a set of tests and assessments to get to the bottom of your problem. We may even refer you for X-rays or ultrasound diagnostics if we feel they will give us valuable information.
Once we have a diagnosis of your presenting issue, we will look for the route cause and begin to address this through an array of treatments.
We often use treatments such as exercise therapy, orthotics, shockwave therapy, nail laser treatments, nail surgery, SWIFT microwave therapy, gait retraining and running training…
Our three podiatrists have a combined 25+ years since University and this experience means that you are in safe and knowledgeable hands.

PODIATRY | BECOME PAIN FREE & ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
Keep moving & maintain an active lifestyle
At The Movement Centre we get a thrill out of keeping you on your feet, so that you can keep doing the things that you love. And no one is better able to keep you on your feet than our podiatrists. We have come to find that just like people, feet are ever evolving. As our lifestyles and our foot health changes over the course of our lives, so do our podiatry needs.
This is why podiatry at The Movement Centre is so dynamic. We care for families through their developmental years all the way up until the children move out of home and into the world. We see them move in and out of sports or interests, then in and out of occupations, all with different demands on their feet. The whole time our focus is movement. We help you to move the correct way, to move pain free and to move for a lifetime.
